"This study refers to the concept of using structures in different steps or levels of loading by improving them with extra parts or an additional structure which should be involved after increasing the amount of load to a specific level. This novel introduced structure comprises two rings in different diameters which can be used in the braces of buildings for seismic purposes as an energy absorber. This structure utilizes two tubes or rings, one inside the other, by them the dynamic kinematic energy of earthquakes can be absorbed. The experimental and numerical simulations will be utilized to compare the efficiency of the new design. "
