Proje Özeti

"This study aims to investigate teachers’ self-improvement through reflective practices based on self-observations. Two teachers from each field of early childhood education, elementary education, and elementary maths education (6 teachers in total) will participate in the research. Pre-intervention data will be collected concerning the study at the beginning. The teachers will have recording of their teaching every week at least for one hour for the period of twelve weeks and write a reflection on their teaching after watching their recordings. The recordings will be confidential. On the 12th week the researchers will have a focus group discussion and have a semi structured interview with the teachers and the data will be analysed by the researchers. The findings will be discussed basing on the previous research in the field."
