The course provides a comprehensive overview of the requirements, benefits, principles, and processes and techniques for successfully implementing Lean to achieve a competitive World Class Production environment. This course provides a complete set of practical improvement techniques. But, perhaps more importantly of all, you are guided in identifying in what circumstances you might use tools, and how, and in targeting them directly at achieving effective results.
Once the philosophies have been adopted and driven down through the complete organization into every single employee, then the appropriate Lean technique can be chosen to complement the fundamental objective of the organization.
