This course aims not only to build on definitions, but also to introduce the concepts and techniques used in entrepreneurship and innovation with a strategic perspective. It deals with the decisions required to guide the venture, considers launching the venture, and addresses the issues and decisions that entrepreneurs should consider regarding managing the growth and development of the venture. Although such courses are challenging, they also take into account that no course alone can enable a person to become an entrepreneur. It informs the person, processes the considerations needed for success, helps them set a path, and motivates them, but at the end of the day, only the person can lead himself to become an entrepreneur.
