Developed as a systematic methodology that is easily understandable and applicable for assembling different ideas, processes, and techniques under the same roof. Moreover, bringing a new perspective to the reader and more significantly providing a different benefit by the application of this systematic methodology.
This course provides a complete set of practical improvement techniques. But, perhaps more importantly of all, you are guided in identifying in what circumstances you might use particular tools, and also how, and in targeting them directly at achieving effective results.
The structure of Systematic Improvement Planning is built around the three fundamentals and six-step pattern. Aim is letting the method to be easy to understand and straight forward; based on fundamentals; and to be universally applicable to any type of business.
