Process of creating a business plan. Internal and external analysis. Given those facts, suitable business opportunities and strategies are discussed. Inter-dependency of marketing, finance, management and leadership, and systems and operations. Preparation of financial and supporting documents. This course serves as an overview of the tools, methods and processes that are required to develop and analyze business plan of a business.
