Biography
Elif Zeynep SERPER received her bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from the Industrial Engineering Department at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. During her graduate studies, she served as a research and teaching assistant at TOBB ETU. She joined TED University as an assistant professor in February 2023, where her research focuses on logistics, transportation, and communication network design applications.
From February 2024 to February 2025, she is a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Waterloo, working on the "Optimization of Hub Networks for Smart Transportation with Autonomous Vehicles," supported by TUBITAK. Her current research aims to develop sustainable transportation solutions that significantly reduce carbon emissions, enhance energy efficiency, and lower costs by integrating autonomous vehicles and IoT technologies.
