Abstract

All rights reserved. The paper analyzes the construction of the underground mining facilities with combine AM-50zw in the main coal seam of the mine "Mramor" ZD "Kreka" - Tuzla in which specific mining and geological conditions prevail. The specificity of these conditions is reflected in the fact that the machine carries out the construction of the facilities in such sediment where the hardness of the rock is higher than the strength of the surrounding rocks at the roof and the floor. The roof is marble clay, and the bottom is sand with water. The results obtained in the experimental work are a good basis for further work and projecting of the mechanized way of construction of the preparation facilities. "Mramor" mine with underground exploitation of the coal is an integral part of ZD "Kreka" - Tuzla, seeing the future of its work in the opening of the underlying seam, with geological reserves of about 45 million tons of quality lignite coal. By analyzing the geostatistic model of the underlying seam, the similarity of the mining and geological factors of the underlying and the main coal seam has been found. This indicates that the results obtained in the experimental work in the main coal seam, in projecting and construction, can be applied when opening and preparing the underlying coal seam using the combine AM-50z -w. Also, the usage of a steel arch support during the experiment, its dimensioning and load calculation will be of great importance during the construction of the facilities of the underlying coal seam. The results obtained by monitoring and their application aim to present the synergy of the action of science and good mining practice.
