Özet

Equivalent focused feed is known as a method of finding the induced currents on the single reflector antennas with defocused feeds on the symmetry axis or any other of the perpendicular axes in two-dimensional cases. In this work, an equivalent focused feed is formulated in three-dimensional for an off-focus offset paraboloidal reflector antenna for any location and orientation of the feed or feeds. Then, for various locations, the feeds can be represented as an equivalent source at the focus of the offset paraboloid. The radiation patterns that can be found by using the physical optics integral are obtained.
