This study aims to examine the digital transformation process conducting in the faculty of education through an action research approach. The process began in the beginning of 2025 with comprehensive needs analysis and continued with focus group interviews with key stakeholders. Based on the f indings, the learning engineering approach has been adopted to the curriculum of faculty of education as a guiding framework. Accordingly, professional development seminars have been conducted for faculty members, courses have been revising, and the design and implementation of four new courses have been planned for the initial phase. The study follows a qualitative research design utilizing action research within a single case study framework. As the transformation of the faculty continues on the basis of the learning engineering framework, this study aims to provide information about the process and the outcomes so far.
