Biography
Muhsin Caner Gökçe is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at TED University. Dr. Gökçe received his MS degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ankara University and his Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Çankaya University. Prior to joining TED University, he was an instructor with Çankaya University from 2009 till 2019. His research focus is on optical wireless communication, propagation, and simulation of optical beam waves in atmospheric, biological tissue, and underwater turbulent channels.Awards&Achievements:
-> Teknogirişim Project 2015 (High Data Rate Communication with Free Space Optics 0448. TGSD.2015) from Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology.
