Lect. Mehmet Sak

Biography

Mehmet Sak graduated from Hacettepe University English Language Teaching program in 2017 and received his master's degree from the same department at the same university in 2020. After starting and continuing a six-month lecturer position at the Foreign Languages Department of TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2017, he served as a Research Assistant in the English Language Teaching undergraduate program at TED University from 2018 to January 2023. Since February 2023, Mehmet Sak has been working as a Lecturer in the same program and also serves as the vice head of the department. He has been pursuing his doctoral studies at Middle East Technical University since 2021, and his doctoral work is supported by TÜBİTAK. Mehmet Sak's research areas mainly focus on the psychology of language learning/teaching and teacher education, and he has publications in various international journals.
